As a "new type of leadership theory", Servant Leadership is generally considered the interests of the staff of the center, depicting the vision and focus for employees to set goals, understanding and respect for employees, to provide support and assistance for their development, and focus authorized leadership. Organizational citizenship behavior is defined as an organization has not been the case and there is no express provision of rewards, members of voluntary organizations or other organizations to benefit members of the behavior. Organizational identity is an individual process values tend to organizational values, emphasizing the sense of belonging to the organization, mainly affective component, also known as organizational identity. In this paper, these three variables selected for the study, attempts to explore specific cultural background in China, the relationship between servant leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational identity between the three, and to further explore the role of intermediary organizations agree aims for the enterprise Leaders provide new management revelation.In this paper, Dennis (2005) of a service-oriented leadership behavior assessment scale (SOLA scale) for Chinese cultural background organizational citizenship behavior Mael & Ashtorth China in 1992 and the development of organizational identity Fath scale preparation consists of five dimensions of scale These three scales as required herein, scales, questionnaire distribution concentrated in Zhengzhou, Chongqing, Shanghai and three cities of the enterprise, a total of 400 questionnaires were recovered 387 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 96.75%. Using SPSS20.0 for service-oriented leadership, correlation and regression analysis the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior were among the final conclusions are as follows:1. Service Leadership and OCB significant correlation was partially validated, including vision and authorized dimensions of OCB has a significant positive correlation between the service dimension of OCB no significant correlation.2. Service Leadership and Organizational Identification significant correlation was partially validated, including vision and authorized dimensions and organizational identity of employees have a significant positive correlation between the service dimension and employee organizations agree there is no significant correlation.3. Organizational Identification and OCB has a significant correlation between the five dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect.4. Organizational Identity partially mediates between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
