Organizational citizenship behavior plays an important role in improving organizational performance,so in the literature,the antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior have long been the focus of scholars.Although in the previous research,scholars have explored the impact of various leadership styles on employee organizational citizenship behavior.However,No research has been conducted that how the inclusive leadership that responds to the diversity of the company's workforce will affect the employee's organizational citizenship behavior.Based on literature review,this study uses inclusiveness as the independent variable,psychological empowerment as the mediator variable,organizational identity as the regulatory variable,organizational citizenship behavior as the dependent variable,and constructs an explanatory framework to try to explore the influence of inclusive leadership on organizational citizenship.The underlying mechanisms of behavior and contextual conditions.Based on the valid questionnaire data obtained from 221 employee-led matching,this paper finds that:(1)inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on employee organizational citizenship behavior;(2)psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between leadership and employee organizational citizenship behavior;(3)organizational identity positively moderates the relationship between psychological empowerment and employee organizational citizenship behavior.The research contributions of this research are as follows:(1)through the theoretical and empirical research of inclusive leadership,this study has important theoretical significance for the theoretical framework of inclusive research and the theoretical perspective of rich diversity research.(2)Research through empirical research to explore the impact of inclusive leadership on employee organizational citizenship behavior will help to clarify the effectiveness of inclusive leadership on employee organizational citizenship behavior.(3)This study will help to open the inclusive Leadership acts on the “black box” of employee work behavior and the boundary conditions under which explicit and inclusive leadership acts on employees' work behavior.The practical inspiration of this research is as follows:(1)Leaders can pay attention to employees' equality and respect by treating employees' voices and suggestions,paying attention to and utilizing the individualized characteristics of their subordinates,providing effective guidance for employees,and emphasizing employees in decision-making.Participation and other inclusive leadership behaviors to promote employee organizational citizenship behavior:(2)In order to play the positive role of inclusive leadership in employee organizational citizenship behavior,the organization can start from improving the psychological empowerment and organizational identity of employees.,the development of corresponding safeguards,so that employees show more organizational citizenship behavior.
