The demand for construction land is rising fast with the rapid development of urbanization,and the inefficient land use method has caused a big waste of land resource.The land supply model for low-cost supply of industrial land and high-cost supply of residential land has further caused the misallocation of land resource.Nowadays many Chinese cities are optimizing the structure of the secondary industry and vigorously developing the tertiary industry,which also needs the adjustment of the land use construction.In this background,it's significant and essential to discuss the coordinating relationship between construction land structure and industrial structure as well as the problem in the process of construction land transfer,which helps ease the problem of extensive land use in China from the supply side of urban land.The paper firstly analyzes the features and evolution of China's construction land transfer structure as well as construction land use efficiency,then analyzes the relationship between construction land transfer and industrial development initially.On this basis,Zhejiang Province is chosen for the case study of relationship between changes in land use structure and industrial economic structure with the method of Shift-Share,and the results are interpreted with the GIS spatial analysis method from the perspective of both the whole Zhejiang Province and the internal difference in Zhejiang,then deviation factor further confirmed the result of Shift-Share analysis.Finally,the paper compares the empirical results with actual situation of the construction land transfer,and thus sums up the main problems of the latter.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Zhejiang's industry has a good developing trend and the urban land achieved steady increase,the growth trend of most types of land is consistent with the development trend of its industry,and the overall relationship between urban land structure and changes in industrial structure is coordinated.(2)For specific land types,the residential land,the industrial land and the commercial land are consistent with the development trend of its industry,in which the industrial land has reduced compared with the whole country,the residential land and the commercial land are little higher than the national averagelevel.However,the increasing trend of logistics warehouse land is contrast with its industry,with a lower supply speed.(3)The relationship between changes in land use structure and industrial economic structure has internal differences in Zhejiang province,most cities are coordinated while several cities are converse,especially for the cities in which the tertiary industry accounts for relatively high proportion or cities which are less economic development.(4)The transformation of construction land transfer structure lags behind that of urban industrial structure.The main reason is that the proportion of industrial land is too large,and there is an oversupply,which reduces the demand for land resources of the tertiary industry and hinders the rapid development of emerging industries.(5)The paper put forward several proposals to promote adjustment of construction land structure,including:adjusting the proportion of construction land transfer,promoting the coordinated development of land use structure and industrial structure;establishing a differentiated construction land supply mechanism,promoting local land use efficiency in line with local conditions;improving construction land acquisition system,promoting the optimal allocation of land resources.
