| In recent years, the price of house is very high.Many people deeply feel the pressure of buying a house,especially for people with low income,facing a serious housing problem. In order to solve the housing problem of low-income families,the country attaches great importance to the development of affordable housing construction.Henan province,as a big country,also attaches great importance to the construction of affordable housing.During the 12 th five-year, Henan province plans to constructing 2.1 million sets of affordable housing. During the construction,Henan province faces many problems,such as insufficient funds, management problem and unfair distribution,especially the huge gap construction funds becoming a big obstacle to the housing construction in Henan province. Therefore,actively exploring housing financing mechanism becomes the top priority in Henan province.In this paper, starting from the status of affordable housing construction in Henan province,using system analysis method and the literature method,analyzes the Henan leasing and the sales of affordable housing financing mechanism. Analyzing the existing financing mechanism, combing with related practical cases,the paper explores the trust financing mode and the PPP mode using in Henan province. Referencing the experience at home and abroad,at the same time,combining with existing situation in Henan province,the paper put forward policy suggestions for the improvement and innovation of financing mechanism in Henan province. |
