Along with the accelerated pace of economic globalization and technological innovation, all enterprises are faced with increasingly complex competitive environment and fierce competition; the competitive advantages become less and less sustainable. Therefore, the domestic enterprises have embarked on the road of in order to seek new competitive edge and core competitiveness. However, the corporate restructuring is confronted with more difficulty with more complex demands of the new market environment and there are many cases of failure. So concerns focus on how to get organization implementation capacity, the ability of organizational restructuring and how to obtain the enterprise goal during in the process of changes.The essence of corporate restructuring is organizational change, which is a process of systematically changing the thinking and behavior of entrepreneurs and all the staff. Successful enterprise transition requires the enterprise stakeholders, in particular the employees change the personal and overall team concepts and behaviors in order to achieve the overall objective of the new strategy and business model with adaptive coordinating actions. Thus, during the three periods of enterprise restructuring, namely the awakening period, the remodeling period and integration and freezing period, it is a determining factor to enterprise successful transformation that if the staff can truly understand the need for change, the feasibility of the change and the return to their own interests. The key to successful change is communication, and enterprise restructuring is the process of communication. Communication, the foundation of obtaining support, bridges the gap between the leadership and the staff. Effective internal communication will play a decisive role in the successful corporate restructuring; which is also the foundation of the thesis.Based on organizational reform theory, motivation theory and leadership theory, using integrating analysis and synthesis and induction and interpretation combining method as research tools, the paper by analyzing the content of enterprise transformation, characteristics as well as internal communication during the transition, summarized the characteristics and obstacles of the internal communication during transition; re-established three stages of enterprises transition, namely the awakening and thawing period, the remodeling period and integration and freezing period. And based on the various characteristics of three stages, the paper put forward various communication objectives and focuses, and made linear mode of communication for awakening and thawing period, and the four-phase model in the remodeling period and 3D communication model in the integration and freezing period.The author hopes the study will help enterprise managers with flexible selection and application of effective communication mode and measures in accordance with the phased characteristics in order to promote the successful implementation of strategic transformation. In addition, enterprise managers can have overall control over the entire enterprise management. As a result, this study plays an important guiding role in the success of enterprise restructuring, also lays a theoretical foundation for further investigation of in the area of enterprise internal communication.
