In the era of the social economy rapid development, enterprises are facing increasinglyfierce competition. In order to survive in the fierce market competition,companies need tostrengthen the internal management, to improve the management methods,and to enhance theircomprehensive competitiveness. The most urgent task of enterprises to strengthen theirinternal management is to do the work of internal communication, on the base of improvingthe efficiency of internal communication, they must improve staff quality, improveorganizational communication channels, and create organizational communication environmen.This initiative is crucial for the development of enterprises. In recent years, Internalcommunication is one of the most important research subject for scholars to keen on, scholarsfrom various countries have been carried out to explore and study it. Based on this, the paperpresented the study about the internal communication mechanisms and its influence on theeffect of communication.In the method of literature review, theory with practice and empirical research,etc,thepaper studied the impact of communication mechanisms on the communication effectiveness.the main contents of the paper include two parts of theoretical research and empirical study.Firstly, The theoretical study detailed analysis the four communication elements, whichincluding communication subject, communication objects, communication resources,communication environment. Secondly, explor the interaction mechanism of communicationbetween the elements, which including promotion mechanism, restriction mechanism andneutralization mechanism,to study the effectiveness of communication mechanism. Accordongto the discuss to communication mechanism, empirical research present the researchhypothesis, and begin the study in the way of questionnaire survey on the base of qualitativeanalysis. Using SPSS software to analyze the recoveried data,including reliability and validitytest to ensure the structure of the questionnaire.And to verify the hypothesis proposed in thispaper.Through the research hypothesis tested draw the following conclusions: the promotionmechanisms and the neutralization mechanism have positive correlation with communicationeffect; restriction mechanism and communication effects negatively correlated; gender,education, jobs has no significant difference on communication effects; age and working time has significant difference on communication effects; Different industries play a regulatory rolein the relationship between communication mechanism and the communication effects. Thepaper’s research results enrich the contents and methods of research on the communicationmechanism in a certain extent and provide the theoretical basis for the daily work of businessmanagers. It helps enterprises to solve the internal communication problems.
