During the development of organization, leader and leadership have been the focus of academic research, the leader plays a crucial role in determining the leadership effectiveness, there is a big difference with the Western cultural value in Chinese society, the development of human must obey the trend of the history and culture, In the backdrop of Chinese traditional culture, "family culture" is an important part of Chinese culture, this has also formed our local unique leadership style-- paternalistic leadership. Leadership effectiveness is the core of leadership theory and previous leadership effectiveness studies mostly focused on the effects of different leadership styles on different aspects of subordinate satisfaction, corporate loyalty, job performance etc. Most focus is the argument for Leadership Style due to the Leadership Effectiveness, variables generated much research on leadership effectiveness in leadership behavior as independent variables, with subordinate job satisfaction, engagement, turnover intention, job performance as the dependent variable to study the extent of the relationship between them and the impact. However, the study of the interaction between their relationships rarely cause for concern. As followers of staff development is the core of the organization, the leader is mainly played by the influence of its followers to achieve the purpose of business development; as we all know, the behavior of the followers is the impact of their personal job performance and development as well as corporate performance follow the behavior patterns of the important factors, so the leader can influence or change the followers through its rational and effective leadership behavior and thus achieve a good performance and enterprise development. Based on the considerations above, the study will be introduced followers behavior as an intermediary, as mediating variables between paternalistic leadership and leadership effectiveness indicators to study the relationship between leadership and leadership effectiveness. Through the Spss analysis to study what kind of follower behavior has a impact on the parent leadership effectiveness, and thus to give some suggestions to the leadership theory.
