All aspects of life and the national economy are closely related to the banks. Banks are the backbone of China’s financial industry. In today’s financial environment, banks must constantly adjust and develop themselves. High value of human resources is the core competitiveness of the banking industry or even the source of the entire financial industry. In order to obtain driving force for sustainable development, banks must rely on the high level of human resource management. The high level of human resource management can be integrated market opportunities and other corporate resources. The effect brought about by the banks will lead to the optimization of the value chain. This article only focuses on performance appraisal of banking business department sector, and research problems of banking business department performance appraisal and tried to suggest improvements. On the basis of reading literature, I identify and quantify the problems of banking business department performance appraisal by questionnaire and SPSS statistical software. So as to provide an objective suggestions for the reconstruction of performance appraisal of banking business department.The study on banking business department performance appraisal performance enriches the bank-related research. Also, the study on the banking business department performance appraisal will help improve the management level, improve the core competitiveness of the bank itself, and thus contribute to the sustained and healthy development of the bank sector and even China’s financial industry.
