China Telecom group system integration Co. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the telecom integrated company) as an owned subsidiary of China Telecom Co. Ltd. has long been committed to China Telecom and the majority of government and enterprise customers to provide advisory services, integration of IT network system construction, the overall system operation outsourcing services, security services, disaster recovery services and other solution. However, after the completion of the construction system of telecom industry, company profits relying on the survival of the integrated begin to decline. How to reverse the downward trend in corporate profits and continue to maintain business sustainable growth in the company’s development is very important. This is also the starting point and final goal.The development of communication technology brings great influence on the future communication network construction and business types and telecom industry is gradually from the speech business era to the era of mobile internet. The industry value chain terminal operators,content providers and other parties, has found the business and began to intervene in this area. The monopoly of the market structure of the telecommunication industry will be gradually replaced by the market competition.How to use its own internal advantage and external environment, searching for the next profit growth in the mobile Internet era background, has become an urgent problem to solve.In this paper, through the use of qualitative and quantitative method,questionnaire survey method, literature research method on the telecom integrated company and mobile internet industry analysis and research,find a niche areas for its development in the field of mobile Internet and formulate specific implementation of the strategy and guarantee measures. Finally,prove the correctness of the results through the case analysis.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole thesis, put forward suggestion of business development strategy for telecom integrated company:(1) Make full use of internal resources, especially the government and the enterprise department resources. Adhere to the department lateral coordination and longitudinal extension, deepen excavation user needs and business,find the starting point for the mobile Internet business.(2)Look for the breakdown of the field to play our own advantages in the mobile Internet business ecosystem diversity,.(3)Focus on business development platform, create operation platform related with the basic business, keep sustainable business customers,and realize the implementation of closely tied to customer.(4) Shorten with traditional Internet Co gap in talent reserves, the company internal management system, mechanism and expand the mobile Internet business scope gradually.(5) adhere to the innovation driven, vigorously develop the integration of services.The innovation point of the thesis:(1)In this paper, through the use of qualitative and quantitative method,questionnaire survey method, literature research method on the telecom integrated company and mobile internet industry analysis and research, analyze internal and external conditions. Finally, draw the business transformation and upgrading strategy by SWOT analysis.(2)After the transformation strategy in the company business was determined, verify the correctness of strategy through the business transformation and upgrading strategy examples.(3) After the transformation strategy in the company business was determined, according to the actual situation to determine the upgrade strategy implementation measures and guarantee system of business transformation.
