Derived from the development of mobile communication and Internet industry,mobile Internet is a new industry, and it has all the characteristics of the Internet industry. Due to the convenience of the mobile terminal, mobile Internet is more dynamic than traditional Internet. The vigorous development of 3G and 4G network to coverage and 4G network to greatly enhance the mobile network bandwidth, so that people have increasingly high demand for mobile Internet. So there is a great opportunity in mobile Internet market. At the same time, as the emerging technology industry, mobile Internet, supported by the nation, will have a bright future and development. Because of its huge development prospects and commercial interests,mobile Internet is being concerned by the manufacturers of all parties. New enterprise founded and the transformation of old enterprises affect the pattern of mobile Internet industry. The mobile Internet industry comes into the complex competitive and cooperative situation. Based equipment manufacturers, telecommunication operators,terminal equipment manufacturers, third-party service providers and traditional Internet giants by virtue of the advantage in their respective fields, began to participate in the competition in the mobile Internet industry. Their competition and cooperation constantly produce new business models. In the mobile Internet era, telecommunication operators gradually become channel providers. In such a case, it is difficult for telecommunication operators to seize the opportunity of mobile Internet. They just see the cake and can do nothing. Although they are going to channel, the mobile network services provided by telecommunication operators is still an irreplaceable role in the mobile Internet era. Mobile Internet business is the future of the telecommunication industry, as an important part of the industry chain telecommunication operators must get breakthroughs in the field of mobile internet.In this paper, based on mobile Internet era, we analyze the changes of telecommunication operators business and explore how to establish competitive advantage and how to better use mobile Internet to realize its sustainable development for the operators. A competition advantage evaluation index model of telecommunication operators is established in mobile Internet era through combining with the existing research theory and the characteristics of the development of theindustry. Industry experts and scholars give the weight of the index by using the analytic hierarchy process. This paper designs and issues questionnaire. The comprehensive evaluation of competitive advantage in the three operators, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, provides theoretical reference to the research of future. This paper argues that, in the era of mobile Internet, competition advantage of telecom operators is impacted by three indicators-- traditional indexes, mobile data business indicators, mobile data service indicators. Among them, mobile data business index has the greatest impact. Among the three major telecom operators competitive advantage,China Mobile is the strongest and China Telecom is the weakest.At the same time,through the research and analysis, combining with the actual situation of the industry,this article gives advice that can enhance the competitive advantage of telecommunication operators in the mobile Internet era, which is of great significance to the development of the telecommunication operators.
