In the global product surplus, the product homogenization background, win single ability become the core competitiveness of enterprises, sales management as a core part of enterprise management, managers make all the tricks to improve capacity and sales management skills to win, and strengthen and improve them by means of information. This paper will combine the sales management theory and informationization, and strive to combine the advanced management theory and the means of informationization..This paper takes Y company as the case study object, combined with my industry experience, analyzes the existing problems in the sales management information of Y company and gives the solution.. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for the sales management of B2 B enterprises in China..This paper is based on the characteristics of human nature management, standing in the information to the sales staff can bring value and help to analyze the key to the success of information technology. Through the analysis of the status quo of the sales management information of Y company, the contradiction of the sales staff is the biggest obstacle to the informationization.. According to the research results, it is suggested in this article that Y company by win single route map to manage to win a single process, by winning the single line diagram to help sales people and sales management improve the win rate, and comprehensive information management of sales plan and sales support, using advanced mobile app application technology, further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales management to win.
