The Management And Risk Prevention Of Working Capital For Printed Circuit Board(PCB)Industry

Since twenty-first Century, research on working capital of management concepts and methods for enterprise mainly focus on project management, but in recent years with the widespread use of enterprise channel relationship management, supply chain management and customer relationship management and other new management concepts and methods, more and more new managements are being applied in the new field.In this paper, based on the related management theory, we’ll research on the solutions of working capital management for company C, to promote the new working capital management theory and practice innovation method in the practical application of company C. In the new environment how to actively take effective measures, strengthen the management of working capital, improve working capital risk prevention, has an important significance for the printed circuit board of company C. The printed circuit board industry can achieve the sustainable development of high quality, which in a certain sense depends on the management level of working capital and the level of risk prevention.
