The Yunnan Power Grid Co. is in rapid expansion and the high-speed development tstage. Most of the employees, such as Electrical inspector, Power maintenance technician, Power line workers, Electric equipment installation engineering, Electrical testing technician, Etc., working in high risk, high reliability industries, tense, high strength, high responsibility and faraway environment, generally has the big psychological pressure, based on this, pay attention to employee mental health has become the consensus of the enterprise management.In this paper, with the YX Power Supply Company of Yunnan Power Grid Co. as an example, the use of network online evaluation, using the "questionnaire diagnosis psychological health appraisement system" to carry out the investigation of the current situation of employees, employees’ mental health on a YX power supply enterprise, forming a method of work of mental health management of employees, help us grasp the overall features and distribution of employees, and provide a basis for developing the employee counseling program.Based on the case investigation data, targeted intervention interview contact system, further grasp the real information related to detailed, accurate identification of employee psychological risk, and depending on the specific circumstances of the object itself and the actual level of the employee counseling program, mechanism, through counseling, counseling, tutoring feedback process to prepare the work flow and individual counseling, group counseling the counseling model, completed the staff of this power supply company, issues of psychological counseling, counseling results achieved satisfactory results, which provides help for the benign development of individual mental health and enterprises.
