This paper takes U Company,a large-scale foreign-funded enterprise,as the research object.Firstly,by means of questionnaire survey,the work,life and physical and mental health status of u company's employees are investigated and analyzed.The survey results show that the overall satisfaction of U Company is not high,among which the satisfaction of employees with salary is the lowest,while the satisfaction of organizational support,corporate culture and Satisfaction with promotion was less than 40%.In the investigation of the stress state of employees,it is found that employees generally have higher stress feeling,especially the influence of external factors.The main sources of stress are family,life pressure and social competition.The scores of the three factors are close to or even higher than 50%.The results of the survey on the mental health of employees show that a few employees have different degrees of anxiety and depression.A series of results show that a considerable number of employees are in the state of mental sub-health.Therefore,according to the analysis of the results of employee survey,combined with the actual situation and needs of u company,the EAP implementation plan of U Company is designed and implemented.Through early publicity,regular psychological education lectures,and professional personalized consulting services,it helps employees relieve psychological pressure and establish a healthy physical and mental state.This paper also attempts to build an EAP evaluation model to evaluate the implementation effect of EAP project.After collecting the evaluation information of the employees who have participated in EAP and calculating through the evaluation model,it is concluded that the comprehensive score of EAP project of U Company is 75.35,and the evaluation grade is medium.It is necessary to further strengthen the publicity and training,eliminate the psychological concerns of employees,increase the utilization rate of services,flexibly use various new and more convenient means to carry out EAP services,and further optimize and improve the project,so that the project can continue to operate.Through the implementation of EAP program and a series of activities,this study effectively helps u company employees to understand their mental health and the pressure they face in time,and how to find solutions,and plays a certain role in their work and life.Through the active participation of employees,the communication between individuals and organizations is improved,and the performance of individuals and organizations is also obvious The improvement shows that the implementation of EAP project has a positive effect on the management of u company.
