Organizational citizenship behavior referred to OCB, it is a beneficial role inorganizational behavior outside of a series of informal cooperative behaviorconstituted. With the competition continued to intensify, flat organizational structuredevelopment, OCB ’s attention more and more types of fat tissue management. Inrecent years, the study of Western organizational citizenship behavior graduallybecome a hot topic. However, for this area of research in the field is still in an earlystage. Organizational citizenship behavior is greatly influenced by culture in a largeextent, some of the results thus obtained is not the Western Institute of cultures pan tocome. Thus, this research is mainly under further study of the cultural background ofthe factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior, so that our citizens can bebetter for OCB Why the sky, for our management personnel management decisionprovides a theoretical basis for.Used during the research literature, observation, case studies, interviews,questionnaires, statistical analysis, lessons learned and induction, and using IBMSPSS Statistics19software. Comprehensive study of the use of the above methodsand software mainly for the following aspects were studied: one of the followingspecific research to summarize the situation described. The main topics of the subjectcontent includes the background, significance, innovation, and research ideas andframework structures. Second, the literature review on the topic related to the field ofstudy. First, the OCB theory are reviewed, the main contents of the connotation ofOCB, OCB latitude and measurement methods; secondly, the impact of factors onOCB were summarized, mainly contains predictor variables attitude, Mediator andmoderator. Third, on the SIG’s case, the study conception and design ideas citizen’sorganizational behavior science conducted mainly includes research ideas, researchhypotheses and questionnaire design. Fourth, on the SIG employees OCB interviews,mainly includes interviews with OCB SIC planning company, SIG and SIG, Inc.Company Profile OCB staff analysis. Fifth, on the SIG employees OCB surveyanalysis, mainly includes distributing questionnaires, data analysis, and the use ofIBM SPSS Statistics19for statistical analysis, content validity and reliability analysismainly included descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, factor analysis andregression analysis. Sixth, to summarize for research and propose improvementmeasures considered SIG OCB measures to improve the company should begin to build inspiringcorporate soul, to establish fair and reasonable performance appraisal system, trainingsystem to improve the system build and implementation of a scientific careermanagement.
