The paper is about the human resource management of small and medium sized auto parts enterprises. In the context of the knowledge economy, the talent competition is the main content in the industry competition, human resource is becoming a core element of obtaining competitive, the importance of is human resource management is gradually being perceived corporate by enterprises. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the basic theory of enterprise human resource management from the perspective of the concept, features, content and meaning of the human resource management; The second part discusses the current situation and problems of human resource management of small and medium sized auto parts enterprise; The third part discusses the problems of human resource management in A company. These problems performance as lacking of human resources strategy; the mechanisms and modes of human resource management are unscientific; human resource recruitment procedures are unscientific. In the last part, the author makes a recommendation that improve the human resource management of A company from the aspects of developing scientific human resources strategy, improving human resources management mechanism and mode, improving human resource recruitment procedures and human resource outsourcing.
