Through the home and abroad research to the lead-acid battery production and the secondary lead industry development status, this article found that lead battery regeneration treatment technology in developed countries is gradually perfect along with the development of the automotive industry. Our lead consumption has surpassed the United States and become as the world’s largest lead consumption country, makes500000tons lead consumption. As lead mineral resources has been on the verge of dry, lead demand more and more rely on the lead secondary resources. Recovery lead from the lead battery industry, not only can ease the lead shortage of our country, at the same time, still can reduce the damage that mining, mineral processing, smelting produced to the environment and human health. Therefore, to strengthen the lead battery pollution control and resource utilization technology is necessary to the efficient use of lead.Combined with the related research results on the existing circular economy mode, this paper argues that "resources-products-renewable resources consumption" closed-loop flow pattern is becoming a guiding a trend to enterprises, park and regional economic adjustments, as a result, Jiangsu Shoto group should also dredge and remake the industrial symbiosis chain according to the waste lead-acid battery recycling technology correlation of relevant industries. By means of the introduction of the concept of circular economy, this paper makes a thorough analysis to waste lead acid battery recycling technology, market, raw materials, project security, social benefits and other related content of Jiangsu Shoto group. Combined with the foundation conditions enterprise develop circular economy mode, this paper comprehensively analysis the development needs and problems in waste lead acid battery recycling. This paper could provide guidance for Jiangsu Shoto group to achieve marketization, greening, continuable lead resource utilization and could provide certain reference to help related waste recycling enterprise construct their own adapted mode of circular economy.
