With the continuous development of China’s economy, as well as the need of the urbanization process, the construction industry become more and more important in the national economy in China; after joined into WTO, great changes have taken place in China’s construction industry, especially after the policy of the WTO for China has opened, the competition from specialized international confirm become more and more tense. They all requires lots to the construction enterprise In our country, expect expand the business volume, the more important mission for our enterprises is adapting to the competition, and becomes competitive in the competition.In the past years, the experience of construction enterprises accumulated in our country, after joined the WTO, our enterprise exposed a series of problems in mechanism and market environment do not match. How the enterprise in the market competition survive, find the core value, and create their own reputation, ensure the profit of enterprise, using the strategic vision to occupy a place in the market are a test of decision makers. The first step of enterprise strategy management is the strategic positioning, development orientation directly determine the success of the enterprise.H construction company was founded in2011April, is still in the start-up period, is one of the housing construction general contracting, foundation and foundation engineering contracting, engineering specialty contracting, building decoration engineering contracting, steel structure engineering contractor Third professional qualification of construction enterprises etc..
