Talent is the first resource,retain talent,people make the best use of their talents,enterprises can go further and develop better.Strong cohesion is the magic weapon to keep talents,and how to improve cohesion,many enterprises start with the construction of corporate culture,trying to enhance the centripetal force of employees to the enterprise through charismatic corporate culture.Since the 1980 s,The research on corporate culture in our country is very active,and many research contents show that corporate culture has obvious influence on the building of enterprise cohesion,but for the mechanism that has an impact on it,each of them says his own words.This is still an area that can be studied in depth.This study takes the private enterprises in a county of Zhejiang as the investigation object,and tries to find out the factors that affect the cohesion in the process of building the corporate culture of the private enterprises.After combing the previous research,this study attempts to introduce the sense of organizational fairness as the intermediary variable of the two,and explore the mechanism of corporate culture on corporate cohesion.In order to make the conclusion more true and credible,this paper focuses on the core issue of corporate culture to corporate cohesion,and carries out the following aspects ofwork.First of all,the paper expounds the background,content and train of thought of the research,then collates the research literature in three aspects: corporate culture,sense of organizational fairness and enterprise cohesion,and puts forward the assumptions of this paper.A simple model is built to carry out the follow-up data analysis.Finally,this paper takes the data collected by the questionnaire as the object,and uses SPSS17.0 software to verify the correctness of the previous assumptions.The main results of this paper are as follows:The main results are as follows:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between corporate culture and corporate cohesion.The dimensions of corporate culture explain 62.5% of the variation of corporate cohesion,and the correlation value of active corporate culture is higher than that of other dimensions,which indicates that active corporate culture has a great influence on corporate cohesion.(2)there is a significant positive correlation between corporate culture and organizational fairness.The dynamic corporate culture has a great influence on the sense of organizational fairness,procedural fairness and interpersonal fairness,the market corporate culture has a great influence on the distribution fairness,and the clan corporate culture has a great influence on the information fairness.(3)there is a significant positive correlation between organizational fairness and enterprise cohesion.The correlation value of information fairness is higher than that of other dimensions,which indicates that information fairness has a great influence on enterprise cohesion.(4)organizational justice plays an intermediary role in the influence of corporate culture on corporate cohesion.In addition to the increase of the correlation of clan corporate culture after joining the procedural fairness,the explanation of the variation of enterprise cohesion increases after the distribution fairness,procedural fairness,interpersonal fairness and information fairness areadded to each dimension of corporate culture.The correlation coefficient decreased.After analyzing the final data results,this study puts forward some suggestions on the construction of corporate culture and cohesion of private enterprises,analyzes the shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the prospect for the future.Through the study of this paper,it is hoped that it can provide some practical suggestions for the construction of corporate culture of private enterprises in China,help enterprises to build a scientific and effective corporate culture,promote the construction of a sense of organizational fairness,so as to enhance the cohesion of enterprises.At the same time,I also hope that this study can make some contributions to the theory of corporate culture and corporate cohesion.
