As the research in corporate culture to flourish and the enterprise cohesion generally need for improvement ,this research takes the business enterprise employee of Jingzhou city,Hubei province as a research object, with the questionnaire, the literature and the case interview as data collecting method, using quantitative study as a main research methods and qualitative research as a supplementary methods. This research analyzed the impact of corporate culture on enterprise cohesion, described the feature of corporate culture which can produce high cohesion based on Empirical Study, finally put forward some suggestions to the business enterprise on how to construct cohesion.First, in a broad review of this study with a series of relevant literature on the basis of the results of this study set out the purpose and significance, research ideas, methods and contents.Secondly, discussed the different significance of enterprise cohesion in individual staff attributes and the impact of enterprise cohesion about interaction between individual staff attributes and cognitive enterprise culture. The research discovers that influence of personal attributes to the cohesion of the enterprises is not notable and the interaction of personal attributes and the perception of corporate culture is not obviously either.Thirdly, we discussed the affect of corporate culture on the enterprise cohesion and taken enterprise employees in all aspects of cultural awareness and the enterprise cohesion for a significant difference analysis. The results revealed that in addition to environmental orientation and development orientation of these two dimensions of the enterprise cohesion is not significantly affected, the other eight dimensions are significant; and enterprise culture in all dimensions of cohesion enterprises have different effects.Finally, on the basis of the empirical research, we carried on an inspection and summary to the research's assumption and put forwarded the basic conclusion of this research. On this basis, we raised the question on how the enterprises to increase its cohesion, and also discussed a study of the inadequacies and further research forecast.
