| Based on a thoroughly analysis on present state and perspectives of electric industry, State Grid Corporation had presented the strategy of ultra-high voltage grid and large power bases in late2004. It aimed at constructing UHV power grid as backbone network, harmoniously developing each level of power grid, and promoting intensive development of large coal-power, hydropower and nuclear power bases. During the twelfth-five year period, with projects of new UHV substation, new converter capacity, new AC and DC transmission line having been put into operation, construction of Zhejiang UHV power grid has overall sped up. Meanwhile, to enhance its overall competitiveness, State Grid Corporation has carried out the code-named "three five" reform within the whole electric system, which definitely puts forward new requirements for organization structure, division of business and UI, and production management of UHV power grid operation and maintenance management. It’s an urgent to construct a set of intensive, flat and professional mode, suitable for Zhejiang UHV transmission line operation and maintenance management.This paper discussed the operation and maintenance management model of Zhejiang UHV transmission line, which is under the code-named "three five" reform of State Grid Corporation. Drawing on theories in organizational structure as well as division of business and UI and process-centric thoughts, the paper analyzes currently the existing problems in UHV transmission line operation and maintenance management models of Zhejiang electric power company, redesigns organizational structure of UHV transmission line overhaul management model, and carding the workflow of UHV transmission line operation and maintenance management, which includes power outage plan management, equipment maintenance management, etc. Based on UHV transmission line operation and maintenance management reality, the workflow highlights process detailing of streamline and standardization of operation and maintenance management.Mainly achievements of the following essay can be summarized as:it has designed an organizational structure that suits UHV transmission line operation and maintenance managementof Zhejiang electric power company under the code-named "three five" reform of State Grid Corporation.
