The competition of the21st century, focused on the talented person’s competition. Human resource is the strategic resource of modern enterprises, is the enterprise success is the most critical factor. Any hotel to be healthy and continuous development, cannot leave the talents of high quality and overall human resources optimization. To optimize the overall hotel human resources status, not only to improve the management mechanism and operating mechanism, also want to establish an effective incentive mechanism. How to establish an effective incentive system, it is the hotel human resources management is an important subject. In this paper M hotel for establishing employees’ incentive system design study, hope that through this study, can build the hotel staff incentive system to provide enlightenment and reference.In this paper it is pointed out that the research background, significance, research objects and contents, etc, on the basis of first briefly elaborated the relevant incentive theory at home and abroad, put forward a variety of incentive theory enlightenment to the hotel to establish incentive system.Based on M paper summarizes hotel staff incentive mechanism present situation, analyzing the problems existing in the M hotel staff incentive mechanism, and points out the problem. On this basis, through the survey of hotel staff and visit, in combination with the practical situation of the hotel and development requirements, hierarchical, targeted to the hotel staff incentive system optimization design.In addition, the implementation of the core staff incentive mechanism of era M hotel to analyze the necessary safeguard measures to explore.
