To explore Changfugong hotel sales staff of non-material incentive strategy improvement measures,based on the Changfugong hotel as investigation object,first of all,the analysis of the current of the sales people non-material incentive mode,analysis its survival needs,mutual relations and with sales development needs corresponding to the problem of shortage of non-mater:ial:incentives,the main reason for the lack of scientific training and career management mechanism,the lack of abundant working content planning;lack of effective mechanism of hotel culture construction,lack of scientific performance evaluation mechanism;Secondly,through the literature research concludes the non-material incentives of sales staff,through a stuctured interview to understand Changfugong hotel sales staff non-material incentive demand,analysis of characteristics of sales personnel's own properties and nature of work,according to the results of the expert investigation method to determine the Changfugong hotel sales staff non-material incentives,and for the non-material incentive strategy determine the dimension of personal development,work environment,work value dimension dimensions,and refer to the basic principle of Stephen ·P·Robbins incentive model,build new Changfugong hotel sales staff non-material incentive mechanism model;Finally,from the personal development of non-material incentive strategy non-material incentive strategy,working environment,work value non-material incentive strategy from three aspects,from the training mechanism,career management,job satisfaction,job content,hotel culture construction,the performance appraisal mechanism six Angle of non-material incentive strategy improvement measures are put forward.Research of this paper in order to rich in theory a new perspective of research on the sales staff,in practice,broaden the sales personnel application field of non-material incentive theory and thought,improve the Changfugong hotel sales staff of non-material incentive mechanism,reduce the turnover rate,reduce the additional costs caused by a change,to unite the hotel sales staff team,solve the problem of the sales staff incentive,improve their own competitiveness.
