In the recent year, with the rapid development of Chinese business vehicle industry, the tries of business vehicle which is assistant with the business vehicle industry is facing the golden time. Although the business vehicle tires industry started late, yet it also develops successfully, many organization or person invests a large number of capital to the industry, so, it will replace with a new state. The important way of combine the industry is innovating the business model that faces the marketing,it also gives the companies many chance and challenge. But regrettably, most of commercial vehicle tries circulation only sells through agent distribution, they don’t invest capitals in the aspects of brand development, service, circulation extension, new style business model.Kitqe Group is one of the big internal companies in commercial vehicle tries circulation industry, the group continues the traditional business model, at the same time, explores ways of reforming. Kitqe Group was founded in2005,the strategic positioning is "to be the innovator in Chinese commercial vehicle tires circulation and to be the Chinese preferred facilitator in this industry". In the recent years, Kitqe Group takes the retail agency etc traditional distribution pattern and doesn’t make the enterprise profits and market share have larger rapid growth, and the sales exceeds600million RMB,but, the profitability has been in low level, there is no direct own user resources, the company brand has low value,market control ability is weak, and the ability of own market is weak, so, value-added services field is still belong to initial stage, enterprise capital circulation speed also becomes slowly in traditional distribution under long chain, so we have to analysis the state, and find the problem and know how to face them.According to business model innovation theory, introduce the commercial vehicle tire circulation industry present situation firstly, then analysis Kitqe Group business model and internal operation mechanism, combines with SWOT, to estimate the new model and development ability, finally, the author thinks the group should innovate the business model. On the basis of academic theory and author’s working experience, then raise a new whole business model innovation. At the same time, formulate the security plan, risk assessment and avoiding measures. This paper will contribute to Kitqe running, improve the profitability, and innovate the business model of commercial vehicle tries circulation industry.
