Along with the deepening of reform and development in the past 40 years,the foreign trade development has made great contributions to China's economy.Now under the background of foreign trade enterprises influenced by the trade war between China and America as well as the business society influenced by the internet development,the Chinese foreign trade enterprises is under a critical period.Especially the circulation foreign trade enterprises,their profit mode is to earn the price difference between upstream and downstream,which is individualized and not adapt to the new business community with high information transparency.This kind of enterprises have no way to survive if not proceed business module innovation.On the theoretical basis of business model innovation and servitization business model innovation and service supply chain,and taking the servitization business model Innovation of H Company as case to study,the macro-political economy affects foreign trade enterprises,internet development affects business environment,The old business model of H company is not adapted to the fast and changing business community,and needs to be innovated to avoid being eliminated.Through combing the theoretical research achievements of scholars,H company is proposed to proceed the servitization business module innovation based on the perspective of service supply chain.Putting forward the innovated service implementation plan of new business module from the macroscopic enterprise background and microscopic H company analysis and combining the resources of H company in the service supply chain.The concept of "pain points" and "purchase intention" will apply in the questionnaire against the upstream and downstream parties of H company's service supply chain s,based on the data collected by the empirical regression,found the customer pain points for the new business model has positive influence on success of causality of new business module implementation,the higher the customer pain points is,the higher success obtained from H company's new business model innovation.Therefore,it is concluded that the servitization business module innovation of H company based on service supply chain has market prospect and feasibility.The implementation scheme of the new business model based on the Internet era is applied in the operation of H company,helping it to solve difficulties to achieve transformation and upgrading,and providing a reference scheme for the upgrading of China's circulation foreign trade enterprises.
