IT enterprises with high technology, high intelligence intensive, highly organized andcapital-intensive determines the characteristics of the core competence will point to the moreflexible intangible capital-intellectual capital. The character of human capital which is the sourceof innovation activities is intellectual capital. The realization of the organizational innovationand technological innovation is a result of human capital investment constantly. IT companiesrelies on the development and management of human capital to create value, therefore, this paperstudies the influences of human capital on corporate financial performance in IT industry, for thebetter development of their human capital.Firstly, on the basis of porter competition theory, enterprise strategy theory and enterpriseresource theory, this article summarizes the domestic and international researches on enterprisehuman capital and enterprise performance with the method of literature retrieval. The concept ofenterprise human capital and measurement is defined. Secondly, combined with the characteristicand present situation of IT enterprise human capital and performance, the impact of variouselements of human capital on business performance is analyzed. Human capital have theproblems such as talent incentive system is not perfect, not enough training emphasis onemployees, IT enterprise human resource flow is not measurable, their unreasonable structuresetting and professional human capital stock can’t meet the needs of the enterprise. According tothe above problems this paper puts forward the research hypothesis. Thirdly, the regressionmodel of human capital and enterprise performance is constructed, part of the researchhypothesis proved correct. Thus comes to the conclusion:(1) The development and innovation ofcorporations cannot do without the support of technological talents;(2) Salary is one of theimportant factors to improve staff work and promote enterprise performance;(3) Investment inhuman capital plays a role in the further development of companies. Correspondingcountermeasures is put forward according to the conclusion and the problems of human capital.The conclusion is confirmed by the general situation and the present situation of human capitalof TCL. The solutions is proposed for TCL.The sixth part is the conclusion of paper.
