Research On Double Chain Fusion And Realization Path Of Strategic Emerging Industry

The emergence of strategic emerging industry is changing the original pattern of theworld economy. It determines a country or a region’s international competitiveness andinternational status fundamentally. Therefore, it attracts worldwide attention to research anddevelop the strategic emerging industries, and it is also highly valued by the theoretical circle.Presently, the theoretical study is confined to a separate study of the technical factors andindustry factors. No or less attention has been focus on the fusion of technology chain andindustry chain. This limits the development of strategic emerging industries from thetheoretical source, so it has a great theoretical value and practical significance to have anin-depth analysis from the angle of double chain integration, issue the double chain fusionmodel and double chain implementation path in the new period of our country. And it is alsovery important for our country to cultivate and develop the strategic emerging industries, totransform economic structure and to adjust industrial structure.The thesis consists of six parts. The first part mainly introduces the significance of theresearch and the writing purpose and defines strategic emerging industries, technology chain,industry chain and other related concepts more accurately. The second part introduces thetheory. It reviews the present research situation in domestic and foreign. It gives a briefanalysis of the rise and the development of China’s strategic emerging industries. It has afurther discussion for the relevant theories involved to the paper. The third part and the fourthpart is the core parts of this paper, it establishes a double chains fusion model and determinesthe path to achieve the double chains’ fusion. In the model building stage, I have to do threethings. First, I have to make the strategic emerging industries’ technology chain to be perfect,including the elements of technology chain, the general evolution of technology chain and theintegration of the strategic emerging industries’ technology chain; Second, I have to make thestrategic emerging industries’ industry Chain to be perfect, including the formation and thestructure of industry chain, the integration of industry chain and the integration of thestrategic emerging industries’ industry chain; Finally, I have to establish the strategicemerging industries’ fusion model of technology chain and industry chain, including thecollaborative development model of technology and industry, the interaction between thetechnology chain and industry chain, the fusion model of strategic emerging industries’technology chain and industry chain and the guarantee mechanism of strategic emergingindustries’ double chain fusion. In the fourth part, I put forward three paths to achieve theintegration of strategic emerging industries’ technology chain and industry chain. The firstpath is that market power which is based on the relative complete industry chain drives the double chains to be fused. The second path is that technology which is based on the relativecomplete technology chain drives the double chains to be fused.The third path is a mixedtype which is based on the integration of technology chain and industry chain. Then, I analyzethe advantages and disadvantages of each path and explore the applicable conditions of eachpath. Because each path has its own applicable conditions and has its own advantages anddisadvantages, the path should be selected according to the actual situation in the specificapplication process. In the fifth part, taking Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone as anexample, I analyze the fusion of double chain and the implementation path of marine biopharmaceutical industry. It contains three aspects, the current situation of the development ofmarine bio pharmaceutical industry in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, the mainproblems of marine bio pharmaceutical industry about the double chains existing in ShandongPeninsula Blue Economic Zone and the fusion model and the implement path of marine biopharmaceutical industry’s double chains in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone. In thisway, we can apply the theory to the real life, and through the example, it further verify thetheoretical in turn. In the last part, I put forward the future research direction and prospectfrom three aspects. They are research methods, research contents and research angle.
