Along with the vigorous development of the Internet economy, the traditional business modelhas not met the requirements of high-speed development, more and more enterprises to join thestrategic transformation in the ranks. In order to further enhance the core competitiveness andthe strategic resource of the enterprise, the Foreign Company began gradually easeddevelopment outsourcing functions by outsourcing modes, the original single, transformed intothe multiple functions of outsourcing, human resource outsourcing is also in the ranks. As thehuman costs continue to rise, the enterprise managers follow the transaction cost theory, humanresources management functions which is repetitive, mechanical and low value choice ofoutsourcing to a more professional service providers to operate at the same time, focus on corecompetitive advantage in the development of enterprises to reduce operating costs, so as tocontinuously enhance the market share.Foreign company has accumulated years of outsourcing operation experience, gradually beganto widely spread in the China. Undeniable, everything has two sides, outsourcing has itsirreplaceable advantages, but the actual operation of the process in China, we find that the riskfrom the outsourcing to the enterprise is the same great. If there is not enough knowledge aboutthe risks of human resource outsourcing, outsourcing decision once made, waiting for theenterprise will be inestimable loss. So the research on human resource outsourcing risk andprevention be imperative, especially in the current human resources outsourcing in Chinacarried out like a raging fire situation, which the research of this aspect is more urgent.This paper take the S Foreign company as the research object, combined the theory of humanresource outsourcing that studied from the domestic and foreign experts and scholars. focusedon the analysis of present situation of human resource outsourcing just like S company. It issignally meanings for the S company to study the implementation of risk faced by the humanresources outsourcing in the process of China, and puts forward the corresponding measures toprevent risks, and provides reference for using human resource outsourcing mode in China.
