Nowadays, science and technology has become the first productivity in the world. At the same time human resource management has become the one of the most important part in modern enterprise management, which is maintain an important link between good and efficient operation of enterprises. Looking forward to the future, it also will be the top priority in the enterprises development. Along with the sustainable development of market economy in recent years, the government strives to intensify the reform of power industry, and bring it into the market competition; moreover, the competition between the same industries has become more and more furious.On this occasion, the electric power company should pays attention to human resources, and take the human resource management as its foot stone to provide a better working environment, life support and talent environment to attract talent as much as possible, and then to explore their potential of science and technology innovation. As we known, technology innovation is the driving force of the development of electric power enterprises, although the power technology in China has been in the leading position in the world, especially for the technology of the dc+800 kv uhv ac 1000 kv which is the dominant all around the world, the total length of uhv, high-voltage lines, is far ahead as well, together with the a rapid development of new energy, etc. But companies can not take it as a proud, they should constantly strive to exceed current achievements in order not be eliminated. So how to motivate the technology innovation ability of the power supply enterprise, and promote the virtuous cycle development of this industry which possesses the special vital significance.Taking above reason as a start point, based on the field of the investigation of the XT Company in half a year and access to a large number of relevant literature, books and newspapers, then follow the scientific research of thinking the question, analyzing and solving problems, and then to make a detailed discuss on the situation of innovation of science and technology of XT company. First of all, the paper star with literature review to understand the modern incentive theory, according to the investigation and analysis of incentive mechanism on present situation of XT company human resources management, through the empirical analysis make a deep understand on the factors which paly a positive role in incentive mechanism in the technology innovation to help enterprises to achieve more effectively improvement on scientific and technological innovation. In order to achieve the research target, this paper based on the research methods on the document research and field research, together with applying the combination of empirical research, normative research, quantitative research and qualitative research method. The paper take above content as an introduction, then mainly introduces the research background of this article, and following with the literature review, making a statement on the incentive theory, basic principle, basic process, etc.; and then, getting to know well of the present situation and problems of XT company on the current scientific and technological innovation on incentive mechanism; The core incentive empirical research is on science and technology innovation, by adopting the SPSS statistical analysis software in the factor analysis and correlation analysis to detect the validity of the questionnaire, and USES clustering analysis to explore what is the positive incentive factors in the innovation of science and technology in the XT company, finally, making a presentation of the relevant conclusions and expectation of XT company. As a turning point of XT Company, it hopes that the company could make perfect of the incentive mechanism, and accelerate the pace of science and technology innovation for the enterprise, and then could bring company a more brilliant future.
