Hebei province is located in the center of the economic development, this excellent geographical environment greatly promoted the economic development in Hebei. together with the policy bias to Hebei, in the year of2014, Hebei province ranks the sixth in our country with2.94212trillion yuan GDP. On the basis of2014bureau of statistics published by statistical bulletin, in2014, Hebei province per capita net income is16,647yuan, the city per capita net income is24,141yuan, while the rural is10,186yuan. Per capita consumer spending of the residents is11932yuan,9.7%improve than the last year, Among them, People per capita consumer spending in the urban is16,204yuan, while the rural residents per capita consumer spending is8,248yuan. Per capita income and expenditure are growing very fast, but behind those growth digital, a social concern problem is particularly prominent, which is the city and the countryside people’s income disparity and the consumption differences problem. In a nutshell, is the huge differences between the urban and the countryside region.The huge disparity between the urban and the rural regions performance is reflected in many ways, however, the income differences are the most important. The income differences restricts the consumption differences, living standards, which is also a common economic and social problems faced by the whole society. So, I collect and organ the people’s income level between urban and rural people in Hebei province since the reform and opening up, standard of urban and rural people’ consumer spending, and the engel’s coefficient between the town and country.Based on these dates, set up a Mathematical model, empirical analysis, to system study on the income differences between the urban and the countryside regions in Hebei. Finally, I will analysis the cause of the urban and the countryside people’s income differences in Hebei, based on the reasons of it,and under the guidance of the third plenary session of the18’ policies, I will find the methods what has the characteristics of Hebei province to reduce the differences in regional differences, and to result in the comprehensive optimization of distribution system, reduce the urban and the countryside income disparities to promote commom prosperity.
