The Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Income Gap Of Urban Residents In Hebei Province

During the past 30 years,The economy of Hebei Province growing fast,and the living standards of urban residents improved significantly,The income level of urban residents in Hebei province and the developed provinces on the gap is bigger, and the national overall level is lower,the income gap between different industries, different income levels and different regions are also expanding.In this paper,we are start from the trend of urban residents income level of Hebei province and the comparative analysis of the country and the developed provinces.By the method of Gini coefficient,Tell index and the range to analysis the current status of urban residents income gap.As time went on different income groups, different parts of the urban residents income gap is gradually expanding,This paper comprehensively analyses the influencing factors of the change of the income,and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of urban residents income in Hebei province.Hebei province is located in the center of north China area,adjacent to more developed cities such as Tianjin, Beijing, the geographical position is superior, but the level of economic development is relatively backward.The living standards of urban residents in Hebei province is on or below the medium level,and income growth rate is lower than the urban residents income growth in the country.from the perspective of the income gap,between different income levels of urban residents in Hebei province, In Tell index as a measure of the income gap of different income households,the incomes of urban residents is divided into five classes, through quantitative analysis shows that urban residents income gap is widening among different income levels.From the perspective of the urban residents in different industries, staff wages as measure,through comparing the high and the the low income residents in urban the income gap is expanding between different industries.From the perspective of the income of the urban residents in 11 prefecture level cities in Hebei Province,through the Gini coefficient of quantitative analysis for different cities in Hebei province urban residents income level,from 2004 to 2013, the city’s Gini coefficient is a gradually increase,urban residents in different cities income gap is widening,From the perspective of the dispersion of urban residents’ income in different cities,the discrete degree of different level between urban residents income standard deviation and poor is widening, suggests that income development is not balanced between the cities. Income gap and other issues affecting social stability and economic coordinated development.
