As a new growth point of the national economy,the real estate industry has contributed to the rapid economic growth of China.In recent years,the value added of the real estate industry to GDP has always been higher,and the overall contribution of the real estate industry to China's economic growth has been increasing.However,since 2016,China's real estate market has continued to weaken,and many cities across the country have experienced inventory pressure.Since then,China's real estate regulation has entered a new cycle.The new macro-environment and market environment faced by the real estate industry put forward more stringent requirements for the management of real estate companies.This strict requirement is reflected in performance management.In order to achieve sustainable development,real estate companies must not only form unique competitive advantages,but also need to establish a scientific performance evaluation system to measure the achievement of corporate strategic goals.Based on the performance evaluation of the Balanced Scorecard as part of strategic management,the evaluation process is combined with the corporate strategy and has been widely used.This article reviews domestic and foreign scholars' literature on the performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard,reviews the theoretical basis of performance evaluation and several commonly used methods for performance evaluation,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several methods.The Balanced Scorecard Theory defines the importance of balanced scorecards for companies to achieve their strategic goals.Then,it introduces the basic situation of Y company focuses on the analysis of its performance evaluation,and analyzes the deficiencies in its current performance evaluation,and analyzes the feasibility of using a balanced scorecard as a performance evaluation tool.Then,after describing the construction principles of Y Company's implementation of the Balanced Scorecard,the Y Company's strategy was analyzed and gradually expanded to the four levels of the Balanced Scorecard.A strategy map was drawn and the indicators were confirmed.For the problem of quantifying index weights,this paper uses AHP to solve them.For the entire performance evaluation program,this paper is divided into company level,department level,and employee level.This article describes the company-level program in detail,and briefly describes the other layers.Finally,safeguard measures are proposed at the end of the article,hoping to provide some references for the management practices of Y Company and its related companies through the design of a performance evaluation system based on a balanced scorecard.
