Study On The Construction Of Green Small Towns In Anyang County, Henan Province

The rapid development of small towns in our country becomes quickly with the urban and rural economic and social development and urbanization strategy implementation in recent years. But there are some problems exist in the devlopmment of small towns in our country,such as rough energy utilization, incomplete infrastructure and public service facilities, low ecological environmental governance.The small green towns which pursuit the coordinated synchronized development of material civilization, spiritual civilization and ecological civilization, emphasize the coordinated synchronized of economic society and resources environment is caming into being.Anyang county is a good county in Anyang city of Henan province.The rapid development of Anyang county is developed quickly and its urbanization rate has exceeded more than 40% at the end of 2014.The scale of the town expands unceasingly、the infrastructure is basic improved and the industrial steadye developed.The town has the problems of Residents civilization consciousness, unreasonable industrial structure, low level public service level and low rate township afforestation whiche leads to low construction quality and restrictive further development of economy in small town.In order to solve the problems,it should give up the original pure pursuit of development path of economic growth and change the development mode.The green development which has the characteristics of environmental sustainability becomes the best choice for the towns in Anyang county because it focus on the coordination of the resources, the environment, the population, the economic and the social.Based on the urbanization construction theories of Karl Marx and Fried rich Von Engels, combining with the concept of Scientific Development from China.Through the field survey method and iterature research, this artcle points out what small green towns are and the difference between the small green towns and the traditional small towns basis on the small towns of Anyang county. It also points out the necessity of the transformation mode on the foundation of summarying the current situation of construction and analyzing the problems hidden in the construction. In the end, the article analyze the train of thought of green development for the small towns in Anyang county according to the advantages it has. The article hope the small towns in Anyang can achieve the better development through transfer the economic rapid mode.
