| Taiyuan is a typical of resource-based cities.In recent years, under the guidance of the national development strategy of resource-based economies in transition, Taiyuan is adapted to local conditions and puts "determined adjustment of traditional industry, vigorously develop new industries, enhance the city’s comprehensive service capabilities," the general idea of the economies in transition in order to blaze a trail to rely on scientific and technological progress and innovation the innovation way of development of resource-type cities to achieve sustainable urban development.Tourism is a high correlation, proactive, the multiplier effect of comprehensive new industries.Tourism is one of the resource-based cities transition route selection, can serve to improve the ecological environment, promoting the city’s image, improving the industrial structure, and so on.City Park is a supplement of tourism resources, as well as in historic preservation, ecological construction, and meet the people’s growing demand for entertainment and cultural aspects also play an important role.This study reviewed the visitor satisfaction and related literature and research on the basis of the City Park, summarizing research on influencing factors and evaluation of tourist satisfaction and factors affecting the free city park visitor satisfaction, established a free Park appraisal target system of tourist satisfaction and Taiyuan as an example for evaluation and analysis of tourists satisfaction.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction discusses the background of the topic, the significance of this study, summed up the paper’s contents and design, and sum up research methods.Second part is the research and methods, based on the extensive literature on, summarizes the research theory and method.Theoretical aspects, respectively, from the concept, influencing factors and the research progress of urban parks and tourist satisfaction study, provides a theoretical basis for the following data analysis.Part Ⅲ is designed, first summarize the principles of tourist satisfaction rating index, and builds on the research of evaluation system of tourist satisfaction; Followed by the issuance of survey design and questionnaire survey;Finally, sample selection of Park, the study sample the selection principles of the Park is a combination of parks in Chinese cities Taiyuan, classification systems, and administrative divisions.Part Ⅳ is an empirical study, this part is the use of evaluation. First in the questionnaires on statistics social statistics characteristic analysis for tourists;And secondly to ensure science and reliability of data questionnaires, using reliability analysis software SPSS17.0 data;Third is to determine the weight of the evaluation system of indicators at all levels.Part Ⅳ is based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method calculates the free Park in Taiyuan overall satisfaction of visitors, as well as various indicators of tourist satisfaction factor values;Ⅴ is the analysis of tourist satisfaction results in Taiyuan, including guidelines and the evaluation system contains indicators of factor analyses, the tourists the satisfaction indicators of overall satisfaction with the IPA analysis of correlation factor analysis, indicators, problems in finding the free Park in Taiyuan by. At last is a research on the development countermeasures of Taiyuan City Park for free, according to the problems raised in the previous section, put forward the improvement and development of countermeasures.Part Ⅵ is conclusion and prospect, it should summarize the main conclusions, which indicates that the innovations of pointed out inadequacies and looks forward to follow-up research. |
