The author thinks that, although the medical security system of migrant workers has got fast development, but there are still many problems worth considering and perfect.This research mainly in the perspective of peasant workers satisfaction of medical treatment insurance, mainly through to the shaanxi province xi’an migrant workers medical insurance form of ginseng, ginseng protect personnel to such problems as the influence factors of satisfaction and satisfaction questionnaires, xian in shaanxi province present situation and existing problems of rural migrant workers medical insurance for this paper. Satisfaction evaluation of migrant workers medical insurance situation, find out main factor affecting the satisfaction, so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. To this, this article the research experience of migrant workers medical insurance at home and abroad for reference, and combining with xi’an shaanxi province medical insurance of migrant workers satisfaction survey and the analysis of the influencing factors of rural migrant workers’ satisfaction, at the end of the article is mainly from three aspects, the medical insurance system, medical insurance agencies, government image aspects puts forward some countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of migrant workers medical insurance, hope to perfect our country rural migrant workers medical insurance system to make a small contribution.
