With the continuous advance of China’s urbanization, the original agrarian peasants into the city to become citizens of the city, and rooted in the city down. As one of the important cities of the Pearl River Delta, Huizhou City, was named the most livable one of the top ten cities, is the main part of its industrial electronics company based, so the employment of the new generation of migrant workers in these enterprises satisfaction, not only related to the life of these new generation of migrant workers, more related to the ability to form an effective competitiveness of these enterprises in the market, the relationship between the students of these enterprises, but also the job satisfaction of another generation of migrant workers in Huizhou City to the city’s stability, unity and future of sustainable development. So it not only has great theoretical significance, more has a strong practical significance.The new generation of farmers from2010to the present have been many theoretical results, many of whom are many job satisfaction, but comprehensive previous research results, we can find most of these studies qualitative research quantitative research in the minority, and in different sectors The work also presents a new generation of migrant workers have different characteristics, very weak in these areas, this article is from the start in this direction. This article because of my limited capacity, in the sampling of the samples have limitations, there is no investigation electronics companies of different sizes of the new generation of migrant workers, especially the new generation of farmers of small electronics companies. However, after investigation by the TCL and Sony’s two major electronics companies, the new generation of migrant workers, have come to the electronics manufacturing enterprise the new generation of migrant workers some of its unique characteristics, the following features:1.An electronic manufacturing companies in predominantly female.2.Two electronic manufacturing companies as opposed to heavy industrial enterprises, their work environment more favorable.3.relative to other industries, enterprises, electronic manufacturing enterprises of high technology content, the higher value-added products.After the electronics manufacturing enterprise the new generation of migrant workers, we reached the following conclusions:1.from the research to extract the six main factors, the sort of factors affecting overall satisfaction for the moral support> development prospects> daily life> work itself> support the work of> social security can be drawn from here, e-manufacturing enterprises in the new generation of migrant workers for work-related factors of concern about as good as daily live entertainment, development prospects, which is in line with the common features of the new generation of migrant workers in the1980s after.2.in the electronic manufacturing companies in the new generation of women migrant workers employment satisfaction than men.3.of the new generation of migrant workers in the electronics manufacturing enterprise the overall satisfaction with the Likert scale significant difference in their job satisfaction is not high.
