Research On The Competitive Strategy Of The Third Party Logistics Enterprises

Rapid growth of China’s macroeconomic promoted the rise of third party logistics industry, effectively increased the efficiency of regions logistics, promote the steady growth of the regional economy. Third-party logistics companies in the process of rapid development has also exposed the lack of ability to develop value-added logistics problems, there is a problem due to lack of blind construction resulting from the preliminary investigation, the pursuit of economies of scale due to the neglect of the problem of daily operations, which makes the third party Logistics company’s overall operating performance is poor, weakening their sustainable competitiveness.The paper presents the study as follows:Therefore, the research focus on solving the following problems:with XZ (Group) the main internal factors of logistics limited liability company as an example to demonstrate the effects of the third party logistics enterprise competitive strategic implementation efficiency and external factors, the designer and the third party logistics enterprise’s competition strategy to adapt to the characteristics of the third party logistics enterprise. To solve this problem, the main internal factors PEST-SWOT analysis method to reveal the effects of the third party logistics enterprise competitive strategic implementation efficiency and external factors by the research, and the value chain of value-added strategy, quick response strategy, modular strategy of mass customization and other ways to give the adaptation of the third party logistics enterprise competitive strategy. The conclusion of the study is by aiming at the problem of sustainable competence of the third party logistics enterprise development to put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasure, can effectively improve the third party logistics enterprise operation efficiency, promote the enterprise long-term market competitive ability promotion.Through this study will help to promote the core competitiveness of regional logistics park by way of industrial clusters, and enhance capacity for sustainable development of the region and its economic hinterland logistics park.
