With the development of the Internet technology, companies’increasingly relying on the Internet data center, and the Network Critical Physical Infrastructure’s (NCPI is short for Network Critical Physical Infrastructure in the following passage) being the foundation of the data center business, the reliability and availability of the NCPI have a great effect on the data center business. At present the domestic market has formed a situation of tripartite confrontation of three international brands with lots of domestic brands occupying the shares. With the development of business and technology, the phenomenon of product’s oversupply appears and the competition between companies is becoming fiercer and there is a full range of competition in product development, design, production, sales and service, etc.As the world’s top 500 companies, the global specialist in energy management and the earliest NCPI in Chinese market, X company has been exploring and developing constantly, creating actively, inheriting the mission of helping people to use its effect and enjoy its ability and it has formulated a series of customer-oriented service solution.This paper uses economics, management, marketing and other related disciplines theory and typical cases, to analyze Internet data center services marketing strategy.By studying the theory of Internet data center services marketing related and the situation of Internet data center service marketing development, the article puts forward the Internet data center services marketing pattern.Then,according to the situation of X company in northwest China, design service marketing solutions, Through these solutions to provide guidance for the long-term development of the Internet data center.In the first chapter, it introduces the research background and its significance through the study of national and international marketing strategy; it introduces the present related fruit of marketing strategy and introduces the purpose and the methods of this study. In the second chapter, through summarizing theory of the development of marketing strategy and modern marketing strategy, it gets the process of the marketing strategy development.In the third chapter it analyzes the northwest market competition X company facing from political, economic, social, technological and other factors. Combining X company’s present service products, The third chapter sums up X company’s competitive advantage and disadvantage, opportunities and challenges, and puts forward the business goals and mission.In the fourth chapter, through carefully analyzing the market of X company and combining the development trend of the internet data center, it gets that the data center dimension develops towards both ends so that to provides a direction for the target market marketing strategy. (Small and medium-sized data center gradually transform into a large data center through coordinating and form a situation which is based on a large-sized date center and combine the small-sized data center as a supplementary).In the fifth chapter, through establishing a series of marketing strategy for the 4 p model, it achieves its advantage and get profits in different markets.In the sixth chapter, through some guarantee policies, it ensures the implementation of the marketing strategy; also it looks ahead the future of X company. Through planning and effectively carrying the feedback system, it forges the top brand product for X Company, and it also provides reference for the service customer and equipment manufacturer in data center service industry.
