National pharmaceutical industry policy and regulatory policies are in specification and adjustment period, quite a number of policies, laws, regulations and standards, will affect the interests of the industrial structure adjustment, be good for some companies, but for other companies produce risk.As the price and restrict the use of policy, antibiotic production enterprises have been huge impact.In front of the "high pressure" policy, environment and drug bid prices continued to decline, basic drugs outside the market opportunity is becoming more and more low.As basic drug bidding, pharmaceutical enterprises must to lower drug prices for sales.Only by adjusting the product structure and improve their own advantages, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Holdings Gemcom Pharmacy Co., Ltd. was able to succeed in the medical market..By improving the product quality, yield, and reduce the production cost,the company’s products can improve market competitiveness.To cephalosporins drug chain on a few points, this paper studies problem of improving the quality and yield of the product.This thesis studies the GCLE production line located in API workshop of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Holdings Gemcom Pharmacy Co., Ltd, analyses and studies the cost control of the GCLE API intermediates, based on TOC and DMAIC flow theory.This paper,according to the actuality of GCLE production,find several factors that affect product cost, define the main factors;Then quantify the impact of product quality and yield of the indicators, using EXCEL to establish regression model;Through achieves goals to reduce production costs by effective enhancing the quality of the products in each process;And then,based on the principle of continuous improvement, continue to finds new problems that exist in the production system, and tries to improve them.Eventually make GCLE API quality and cost of raw materials and other main economic and technical indicators to achieve a better level.The research results of this thesis can be for enterprises to save the cost of production and the research methods can be some reference to internal, to a certain extent, promotes the management level of enterprises is more scientific and reasonable.
