Research Of The Influence Factors Of Participate In Chengdu New Rural Social Pension Insurance

Based on the theory of public goods theory,this paper resaches on the influence factors of the new rural social pension insurance. constructing the research model, putting forward the research hypothesis, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to collect data, using SPSS software to empirical research, then testing the hypothesis, the results explains and puts forward the related countermeasure proposal.The main contents of researches are summarized as follows:First, this paper intriduces the research background, research purpose, basic train of thought of research, the main research methods, and the specific research content in detail, and summarize the research status of domestic and foreign rural endowment insurance. And explain the concepts involved in the research, the theoretical basis of the public goods theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, institutional change theory, welfare economics theory and its related application are discussed.Secondly, this paper researches on the national level, provincial level combing the rural population old-age insurance development situation, and city level new rural endowment insurance status, especially the overview of Chengdu City, the new rural endowment insurance development stage, the development of the column, are introduced in detail.Immediately after that, through combing the theory and related literature, constructing the personal factors, family factors, policy and institutional factors have significant impacts on rural residents to participate in social pension insurance model, and based on this proposed research hypotheses. The specific research variables were selected and classified, indicators and methods of design specific variables.Next, corresponding to the data source, data acquisition, data samples do article, on the basis of this, using SPSS and Amos 17.0 to data were strictly pre analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis, and the use of structural equation model to test the research model and hypotheses. Then the results of data analysis, and the research results and explain the discrimination hypothesis.Again, based on regression analysis and structural equation model analysis based, this study mainly based on government point of view, from the construction of endowment insurance system, promotion policy, incentive mechanism, and how to improve the government service attitude, efficiency, increase the government financial subsidies and other aspects puts forward some suggestions to improve the, in order to improve rural residents to participate in the old-age insurance, improve the coverage.Finally, the paper summarized the whole research, to verify the research hypotheses, and puts forward the research direction in the future. As a tentative study of many factors, factors affecting rural residents to participate in the new rural social endowment insurance, there are some shortcomings of this research, and in the following research deepening and improvement.
