Study On Sorting Modes Of All Banknotes Of Miangyang Banking Financial Institutions

The sorting of circulation clearing, a necessary process of currency management, is also an important part of currency issuance and circulation for every central bank. China People’s Bank is the competent authority to manage RMB, with legal function of the clearing. While other financial institutions, such as commercial banks, are the media of releasing to society from issuance, functioning as the first to classify and clear in currency circulation. With recent economy growth, the rigid demand of cash is increasing, leading to incline in clearing business. However, due to diversified operation management in different financial institutions, the quality and standard of sorting is differentiated. On the other hand, regulation and philosophy lagging behind reality and other problems, such as counterfeit money, par untidy or even recycled without sorting, happen from time to time, resulting in inconvenience for China People’s Bank clearing management. Therefore, exploring new clearing business operation mode, enhancing the quality par curb the illicit circulation of counterfeit money, controlling operating costs of bank are of great practical significance.In this article, we take Mianyang city as an example and statistical data, regulatory documents, field investigation as the basis for empirical analysis. By data comparison, logic and other methods, the geographical environment, clearing management, quality sorting, sorting capabilities, clear separation equipment and other aspects of the present status of Mianyang City in full clearing business mode of operation and problems are discussed. Moreover, we examined and explored the overall RMB clearing business operations in Mianyang City, and then proposed the socialization sorting mode under PPP mode. At the same time, we used VFM assessments to quantitatively demonstrate the feasibility for further regulating financial institutions’ clearing business, improving the RMB circulation management mechanisms, promoting financial institutions to better fulfill the responsibilities of supplying qualified cash and to strengthen its social responsibility.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, simply elaborating the conception and history of sorting, pointing out research objects, purpose, thoughts and methods.The second part is domestic and foreign resorting business review, describing major foreign clearing mode and current status of domestic research abroad.The third part is analysis of sorting business status in Mianyang financial institutions. Based on current sorting business in financial institutions analysis, we concluded major problems and cause in sorting business in Mianyang financial institutions.The forth part is analysis of socialization clearing sorting business model. After introducing socialization sorting model, we compared pros and cons of each socialization sorting model.The fifth part VFM qualitative analysis. Aiming at inadequate socialization sorting, we proposed socialization sorting under PPP mode, and use VFM evaluation method to do feasible quantitative analysis. Finally, we put forward recommendations for improvement correspondingly.
