Study On The Influence Of The Change Of Food Consumption Structure On The Development Of Agriculture

During the “new normal” period, the importance of China’s consumption of the domestic economic development is gradually rising. With domestic demand stimulus policies introduced gradually, the consumption structure will become more optimized and the consumption level will be further improved. More importantly,food consumption as one of the important ways of consumption, faced the change from the overall consumer environment, the consumption structure of its own there will be a new trend, and this trend will cause a influence on the development of agricultural.Based on this, this paper will focus on the changes impact of the structure of food consumption on agricultural development, and try to do a preliminary study of the influence mechanism of concrete. Further, based on the result of ADF test,and cointegration test, the causal relationship of the two indicators are significant. Test results show that there are significant individual causal relation. Therefore, constructing the structure of residents’ food consumption changes by Laurence index in this paper, the food consumption structure change index into the multiple linear regression model, in addition to the introduction of agricultural production and natural conditions, agricultural production of human capital and material capital investment includes two aspects of capital investment and agricultural production conditions of these four aspects of the index as the the control variables to further improve the accuracy of the results of the regression. The regression results showed that the correlation coefficient of the final, although the correlation coefficient of food consumption is small, but the significance level is high.and is sufficient to prove the positive effect that produces to agriculture development in the change of food consumption structure of residents. The reason maybe is,though the change of the structure of food consumption may cause the prices of agricultural products in fluctuation, the food consumption structure change will improve the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and agricultural productivity promotion and final make up the The negative influence caused by the price fluctuation.
