| The land is one of the important elements of human earth system.Human activities are closely related to the change of land.After the Reform and Opening,Land use and cover change in Hangzhou city is becoming more and more complex.lt is necessary to study the change of land use and cover change with the relationship of urban social economy.In this paper, the urban area of Hangzhou is token as the study area, and study time is from 1985 to 2013, about every five years as a period of time. Classify the Landsat TM remote sensing image of the 2000 year by using Minimum Distance Classification, Maximum Likelihood Classification and Support Vector Machine Classification of supervised classification method in ENVI,Combining with visual interpretation.and select the best method among the supervised classifications. The results show that the Support Vector Machine Classification is the most suitable for remote sensing image classification. According to the research needs, the image is divided into 4 major categories:water, construction land, forest land, cultivated land etc within Support Vector Machine Classification.and calculate the area and proportion of each type of land. The land use and land cover change model of Hangzhou city is established by regression analysis in the time series. Then, analyze the level of changes in types of land based on land transfer matrix.Select multiple social and economic indicators which are represented the characteristics of Hangzhou urban areas from different dimensions,such as living standards, construction investment, transportation and other indicators. Extract the principal components from the factors by Principal Component Analysis. Make a Stepwise Regression Analysis between the area of each kind of land cover and the extraction of the main components, all kinds of social economic factors. Make a summary of the relationship between land use and land cover change and social economy. Conclusions are as follows:(1) 2000 year is the node of the development of the urban and the change of land use and land cover change in Hangzhou. Most of the indicators change relatively slowly before 2000, however the most of the indicators changed more dramatically after 2000. Construction area continued to increase from 1985 to 2013, the city expand outward. The cultivated land became fragmentation seriously, the area of the cultivated land continues to decrease, and most of it converted to construction. The area of water and forest land fluctuated in a small amplitude. The tend of change of all kinds land is becoming stable.(2) 2 principal components/which is extracted from 22 social economic factors, can respect of the total factors. The first principal component is about 92% of the total composition. Living standards, population, economic development are predominant. Second principal components is about 6% of the total composition.(3) The social economic in the urban areas of Hangzhou is closely related to the change area of land. The area of building and cultivated land is positive, negative correlation with the first principal component of the factors of living standard population and economic development respectively.There is a very close relationship between the construction,the cultivated land and the living standard, the population,the development of economic.The area of construction and arable land is positive, negative correlation with the living area of urban residents by the analysis of single factor. The relationship between water,forest land and the first principal component is weak, but there is a certain relationship between the agricultural population and the agricultural population.Generally speaking, the living standard, the population and the economic development influence the development of Hangzhou City. Agricultural population has a significant impact on the water,forest land which regard as ecological environment factors. |
