Analysis On Land Use/Cover Change And Landscape Pattern Of Urban And Rural Construction Land In Changde City

The quantitative and qualitative analyses on land use and cover change of urban and rural construction land in Changde between 2009 and 2012 are implemented in this paper from five aspects including the current situation of land use,the space change of land use,the land use dynamic degree,land use degree change,and regional differences of land use change through GIS space analysis function and landscape ecology theory and by selecting four counties in Changde including Taoyuan county,Hanshou county,Linli county,and Jinshi;from two perspectives of landscape level and landscape type,the research on the difference of landscape pattern of urban and rural construction land in Changde between 2009 and 2012 is analyzed from five aspects including the number of landscape,landscape density,average patch area,shannon diversity and landscape evenness.In addition,the driving factors influencing land use and cover change of urban and rural construction land in Changde are analyzed with principal component analysis method.Research results show that 1.During 2009 and 2012,the construction land demand for urban transportation and water conservancy of four counties increased constantly,and the comprehensive index of land use degree presented growing tendency.There was a small change of land use degree of urban and rural construction land of four counties,with regional imbalance,and among which,the greatest change was the urban construction land in Linli county;2.During 2009 and 2012,the patch density of urban and rural construction land in Changde increased constantly,and the patch size within the area diminished gradually,with heterogeneity growing;in the aspect of degree of fragmentation,there was a big degree of fragmentation of landscape patch in rural residential area,while there was a relative small degree of fragmentation of landscape of urban land,but overall,there was the growing tendency of the degree of fragmentation of landscape of two kinds of land use type.In addition,the types of landscape increased constantly,and urban and rural construction land type presented equalization development tendency in the research area,with the degree of dominance becoming smaller,and especially,there was the tendency of scattered distribution of rural residential areas.
