The giant national economy system is composed of marine economy and Land economy. The positive interaction of the two is an effective way to achieve sustainable and healthy development of social economic environment. The development of marine economy relies on land economy, while the sustainable development also needs the support of marine economy.Ocean economy has played a very important role in the growth of land economy of China since2000 as it partially alleviates the limited resource of the development of land economy and it has become an important growth point of national and coastal economy. This dissertation firstly analyzes the industrial structure of ocean and land economy and it finds that the structure of the two are slight similar and it is the best time to promote the combined development of marine and land economy. On the basis of the previous analysis, we use gray relational analysis, correlation analysis, cross spectrum analysis to explore the relationship between marine economy and land economy. Simultaneous equation models are constructed by controlling the influence of labor and capital input based on the data of national and three coastal areas. Based on the above, to analyze the interactive economy effect between the national and the regional. The result shows that there is a positive interaction from marine economy and land economy, and the ocean economy drives the land more significantly. Meanwhile, it is more obvious for investmentdriven growth of the marine-land economy. However, the total factor productivity of ocean economy is need to be improved. Finally, this dissertation provides the advice for the positive interaction and joint development of the ocean and land economy.
