Study On Collaborative Relationship Between Marine Economy And City Development Under The Whole Perspective Of Sea & Land Integration

Marine economy and city development is the tow important engine to promote the coastal regional economy.There is a close relationship between marine economy and city development under the whole perspective of Sea & land integration,it is a important question in the practice of Sea & land integration of how to serve the economic development of coastal area through the marine economy and the development of the city,for it can realize the complementary advantages both of the land and sea.in addition,by this way we can make the marine economy and urban development to promote with each other.Therefore,it is necessary to research the collaborative relationship and the interaction mechanism between marine economy and city development under the whole perspective of Sea & land integration.This article is to analyze this question with this perspective unfold.In this paper,building a coupling coordination degree comprehensive evaluation index system of marine economy and urbanization has the characteristics of Sea & land integration through in-depth analysis the characteristics and connotation of marine economy and the development of the city under the whole perspective of Sea & land integration.Using the coupled coordination degree model with the data during the 10 years of 2002-2011 of 11 coastal provinces for the study,the results show that:the coordination degree of coupling between marine and city development is rising year by year,showed a strong correlation between them.Affected by marine concepts and technology,this coordination degree of coupling of each aspects between 2002-2011 can be divided into tow phases:the phase lag development of marine economy and the phase lag development of city. Meanwhile,there is a significant spatial differences of the coordination degree of coupling between marine economy and the development of the city under the whole perspective of Sea & land integration,but this differences has a gradually narrowing trend year by year.In order to further study the specific synergism between marine economy and city development from the meso-scale,this paper select representative indicators both of marine economy and city development,using the gray relation analysis,taking Shandong Province as an example.The results show that has a close relationship between the urbanization and marine economy of Shandong province and the gray canonical correlation coefficient reached 0.9974. Among the indicators of urbanization,population urbanization and space urbanization are greater than the economy urbanization for the gray correlation with marine economy.
