Thespeed of innovation begins to accelerate, and to be deep merge with all the aspects of human society. The industry reform begins to accelerate. Most kinds of innovative elements begin accelerating in the global scope of the flow. How to grasp the development trend of world science and technology? How tograsp the strategic opportunity?
