The Government Of Luzhou Liquor Industry Technology Innovation Development Case Study

In order to promote the development of west area in China, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of China decide to implement the Grand Western Development program. Changing the traditional extensive develop-ment pattern of industry, devoting greater effort into innovative development and optimizing the industry structure are important methods that will promote the level of traditional industry and bring the traditional industry back to life while developing the emerging industries.Liquor industry is a traditional and advantaged industry of Luzhou. Owing to the promotion of the government of Luzhou, with the help of technology, innovation, the promotion of industry structure and the investment of brand building, both the economy of scale and the development ability of liquor industry of Luzhou are enhanced. Liquor industry has become the first pillar industry in Luzhou and the main growth pole of the “Golden Triangle of liquor of China” which is a result of the success of economic function of the government of Luzhou. However, in the progress of driving the development of liquor industry, there are problems of economic function as function’s offside, malposition and absence that need to be solved. In this paper, we not only discuss issues of government regulation and social service function, and the cause of the issues according to an example of government of Luzhou promoting development of liquor industry but also provide suggestion about how to further development of liquor industry. Through research of this paper, we hope to offer reference about how to promote economy development of some undeveloped place of west area in China.The main contents of this paper are below:1.
