The Study Of Level Measure And Differentiation Developmental Model Selection Of The Urbanization Development Of Xinjiang Corps

Xinjiang is located in the northwest of mainland China. The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC for abbreviation) is an important and special part of Xinjiang. XPCC takes responsibilities for the military reclamation and safeguarding of Xinjiang. In the decisive stage of full realization of China’s well-off society, XPCC is to achieve the transformation of mission and development model by continuously promoting industrialization, leading regional development, and by means of urbanization, speeding up the construction of urban infrastructure, improving urban public services, raising the income level and life quality of XPCC residents,promoting national unity and harmonious development, and ongoing efforts to build the well-off society.First of all, Starting from the connotation of urbanization, the status quo and problems of urbanization Construction in Xinjiang and XPCC were elaborated on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis; Secondly, the urbanization Construction level score in Xinjiang was measured by the use of nearly fifteen years of data; thirdly,the urbanization developmental level score of each division in XPCC was measured according to the data of each division from the year 2006 to 2014; fourthly, the cluster analysis of urbanization developmental level of each division in XPCC was processed,and a reasonable suggestion was put forward that each division of XPCC should simultaneously and coordinately develop with adjacent division and select differentiated development models according to its own characteristics; Finally, many countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the urbanization construction of XPCC.The following are the main research conclusions:1. It can be seen from the score trend of urbanization developmental level of XPCC that before the year of 2012, the population urbanization rate curve is higherthan the multi-index urbanization level score curve, and after the year of 2012, the multi-index urbanization level score curve is higher than the population urbanization rate curve. It also can be seen that the multi-index urbanization level score curve can be divided into initial developmental stage and rapid developmental stage.2. Results of the cluster analysis of each division are the following: the score trend of urbanization level of the first kind of division is relatively stable and increases little; the score trend of urbanization level of the second kind of division fluctuates obviously and the urbanization level is relatively high; the score trend of urbanization level of the third kind of division has small fluctuate and the urbanization level rises slowly before the year of 2011, and rises quickly after the year of 2011, but slows down at the later stage; the score trend of urbanization level of the fourth kind of division fluctuates obviously, and has more peaks and troughs.3. Based on the practical condition of each Corp, many developmental models can be used, such as industrial park leading developmental model, group developmental model, border port region-based model, tourism resource developing driving model, and characteristic agricultural developmental model, etc.
