Probe Into The Development Of The Urbanization With Xpcc

Located in the northwest frontier of the motherland, XPCC must play an important role in "the Construction army of promoting reform development and social progress, the backbone in enhancing the national unity and social stability, the real iron bastion which consolidating of north-west border and safeguarding the unification of the motherland". So we can say that the economic development and social stability in XPCC is an important component in Xinjiang and even China. At present, security and stability in the Northwest Frontier is threatened by international terrorism, religious extremism and ethnic separatism. Proceed from the northwest border security, this dissertation try to explore the development questions of characteristic urbanization of special system in XPCC.First, this paper described the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps urbanization process, the development of urbanization Corps status and characteristics of the special corps of urbanization. Second, this paper analysis of the following aspects, the Corps of urbanization and industrialization on the coordination of the Corps comprehensive level of urbanization, urbanization Corps Farms development on the basis of empirical analysis, the development of urbanization on the Corps to evaluate the foundation, and to explore the process of urbanization Corps major problems as following:industrialization and urbanization positive interaction between Corps is not obvious, Corps uneven regional development, urban layout is unreasonable, irrational industrial structure, urban system is not supporting the troops in between urban development in the lack of unified planning and coordination, we analysis system factors by four aspects of urbanization Corps constraints and, institutional factors, economic factors, environmental factors, forth more from the Corps as a whole dynamic mechanism of urban development and urbanization Corps the dynamic mechanism of division two dynamic mechanism of urban development on the Corps to conduct empirical analysis and cluster analysis; Fourth, proposed the development of urbanization Corps strategic planning and co-ordination.
